Our global Finance team make sure that all of our key locations around the world have access to locally tailored support within an overall global Finance framework. Our Finance department is made up of a wide variety of teams, comprising of Commercial Finance, Finance Reporting and Accounting, Shared Services, Corporate Finance, Taxation and Treasury and Risk Management.

Commercial Finance

Working in partnership with the each region or functional leadership team globally to provide strategic and operational financial management and optimise our commercial performance.  Our team covers all aspects of financial management, control and decision making support including financial plans and budgets, performance monitoring, investment and benefits analysis and risk management.

Financial Reporting and Accounting & Global Shared Services

Our teams provide the critical management information to measure and monitor the business, manage credit risk with customers, pay suppliers and handle day to day cash and expenses. 

Corporate Finance

The teams provide risk, audit and insurances services around the group and ensure that integrity is ingrained in all that we do.

Taxation and Treasury

Clarks is a global business operating in many different countries across the globe and our tax team ensures we comply with all national tax and import / export duty rules in each country whilst advising the business to ensure we operate tax- efficiently.  The treasury team enables the funding, cash management and financial services for Clarks around the world.

Risk Management

Providing oversight with a centre of expertise of group policies for risk management and reporting of risks across the business.  The team also undertakes independent assessments of internal controls and works with key stakeholders to develop and implement recommendations.
