Our Brand Marketers understand our consumers around the world better than anyone else. With this insight they shape the future vision to build the world’s best shoe brand. Working closely with creatives, they create game-changing global marketing campaigns for our aspirational brands and sub-brands.

Working hand-in-hand with regional colleagues, our Channel Marketers ensure our game-changing global marketing campaigns are joined up as engaging omni-channel experiences throughout the purchase funnel. 

Brand and Channel Marketers need a strong understanding of Retail and Wholesale channels, and digital marketing. People who understand how a brand-centric business thinks, are strong on delivery, and passionate about developing creative solutions.

Building on the success of the Clarks In House Design Group being recognised with the Grand Prix at the 2018 The Drum Design Awards, Clarks is developing more industry-leading creative work to deliver outstanding commercial results and build our brand portfolio.

While Somerset is our home, our creative minds travel for inspiration. Brand Creatives sit and work alongside their Brand Marketing colleagues daily, and their work is seen across the globe. Our teams know what is happening right now in the retail, digital and creative worlds.

At Clarks, the shoe is the star. Great products are always designed around a deep understanding of the consumer. Using consumer and global insight our Product Line Managers plan our shoe ranges to be the most compelling, competitive expression of our brand. 

We seek people who are passionate about product, who understand how product ranges build great brands. People who make the decisions it takes to stay ahead of the consumer. To identify new opportunities for the brand to develop.

People with different levels of experience join our team. If you don’t already have the full set of skills to be an outstanding PLM, we give the training to get there. 

Product Designers

Product Designers

Great design is the backbone of Clarks. In Product Design, our designers take the concept, the seasonal direction, and distil it into the product story. From colour, to materials, to detailing and finishes.

 Ownership is important for our Product Designers, and variety. Work across a huge range of Clarks styles and products is possible thanks to the vast knowledge of shoemaking and expertise across the business. Our designers have state-of the-art kit at their fingertips and work in inspiring, creative spaces

Everything we know goes into everything we do. Not all of our shoe designers come from a shoemaking background. Some are from product, some from industrial design. But all come armed with creativity, and ideas.
