Sobre el puesto:
Buscamos un Asociado de Ventas fiable y entusiasta que ofrezca una excelente experiencia al consumidor en tienda, al tiempo que se cumplen objetivos y KPIs establecidos. Vender eficazmente zapatos y accesorios mediante la entrega de los modelos Clarks adecuados. Apoyo en el mantenimiento diario de altos estándares comerciales tanto en la parte frontal como en la parte trasera del local.
€8.87 p/h.
Buscamos a alguien que:
- Ofrece de forma constante una gran experiencia de marca, incluyendo la utilización de la tecnología para mejorar la experiencia del consumidor y mantenerse al día con el conocimiento del producto.
- Apoyar el cumplimiento de los KPIs clave de la tienda entregando ventas a los niveles objetivo establecidos por el equipo de Dirección de la tienda.
- Mantener la zona de ventas y las zonas traseras para ofrecer altos estándares de marca y de venta al público.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar un turno de 7 días, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.Sigue los procedimientos de seguridad de efectivo y acciones según los estándares de la empresa.
- Mantener los estándares de comercialización visual y reponer según sea necesario.
