Accountabilities:

  • Managing Clarks wholesale accounts, both key-accounts and independent stores, within Central Eastern Europe territory, including countries like Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey.
  • Drive and grow account business & relationships in Central Eastern Europe through identifying opportunities in line with overall sales strategy, planning and execution.
  • Create and onboard new accounts within the territory.
  • Performance against commercial targets and KPIs, including margins and profitability.
  • Managing Clarks showroom in Warsaw - Poland, to deliver best in class selling journey.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Central Eastern Europe market: retailers, footwear, apparel, fashion brands & product with a network of established relationships
  • Demonstrated experience of growing, developing & transforming accounts relationships & business through appropriate distribution channels & segmentation
  • Solid experience in negotiating commercial contracts and terms and problem solving
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload with flexibility and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Polish & English written and spoken

Salary Range 10,000 - 14,000 Polish Zloty per month
