The role

Clarks is a historic brand known and loved world-wide. This we know. As Performance Marketing Specialist covering Affiliate and Email marketing, you’ll make sure we’re always taking full advantage of that fact from a commercial eCommerce angle. Join our team, and you’ll take ownership of the online marketing output that will turn our world-renowned status into a world-beating commercial audience. That means going in-depth with Affiliates and our broad range of publishers. Getting results with our email marketing communications, targeting and engaging with both new and existing customers. And planning to capitalise on consumer events and market developments so that we’re always reaching the biggest audience with content that’s always on-point.

You’ll be liaising with our performance marketing agency and key external partners regularly to ensure your channels are performing as planned and investigating the latest marketing developments and new ways to make the most of all the marketing channels at your disposal. And you’ll always be on the lookout for new and innovative ways to reach further and target better. Planning and forecasting. Implementing. Reporting. Working cross-function with brand and retail teams. It’s all part of the diverse, forward-looking approach you’ll take here. About you

When it comes to multi-channel eCommerce marketing, you’ve gone deep. You’ve got amazing eCommerce instincts. You are in your element when it comes to all forms of online advertising. Always looking ahead, you know what goes into making a plan that will deliver spectacular commercial outcomes for our organisation. When it comes to tracking and reporting, you’ve got it covered, when it comes to the Google Stack, SFMC, Core metrics, Awin (and, of course, the full MS Office suite) you can use each to gain a range of different insights into the work you do. And you’re always aiming higher – because for you, the sky is the limit for each project, but each one will always be an improvement on the last.

Your drive to smash your targets is matched by a thirst for knowledge when it comes to marketing innovation and customer engagement. You want to be in the mix, sharing ideas with your team and keeping each other in the loop with the latest industry developments. You’ve got energy and enthusiasm for what you do. That’s why people – from your immediate team to stakeholders and third parties - love to deal with you. Because they know you’re always giving it your all.
