"Clarks has such a lovely story tell and it's great to be able to draw inspiration from this."

I first decided I'd like to work for Clarks because it's a globally recognised brand with its origins in Somerset.

I started Clarks in 2010 working in our Customer Care department as a Consumer Advisor, communicating directly with our customers. I was then given the opportunity to work within our Retail Operations department as a Project Co-ordinator, supporting an internal team on a project to set our retail stores up for success and enhance the consumer journey. Both these roles provided me with a broad understanding of Clarks as a business and helped me to understand how we delight our customers with a service they love.

Following this, I moved in to the Marketing department as a Marketing Assistant for the Children's team, assisting with the development of the seasonal activation ideas. A real highlight of this role was managing the creative development process of projects such as the Jack Nano and Daisy AW15 Back to school TV Advert. This role really allowed me to use my creative eye whilst utilising the skills I obtained whilst studying photography.

My current role is within the Group Marketing department as a Creative Display Associate. Each day for me is completely different! I could be in our mock shops dressing retail windows for each gender; working with our studio; managing the process that delivers our printed windows from design to mock up; aligning with all the regions for their requirements and creative outcomes for the season; or installing the windows at our Regent Street Store.

I first decided I'd like to work for Clarks because it's a globally recognised brand with its origins in Somerset. Clarks has such a heritage and such a lovely story tell and it's great to be able to draw inspiration from this to create engaging marketing campaigns or innovative windows for our stores. One of the best things about Clarks is the people- there's a real sense of a team here. There are lots of opportunities available and it is a really great place to progress if you have real passion for the brand and are willing to go the extra mile.
