Giving your store a welcoming, friendly vibe. Getting to know your customers and offering them the right advice. Organising stock and presenting it attractively. And making sales. That’s what being a member of our store team’s all about. Of course, we’ll give you all the coaching and support you need to be the best you can be.
Team Leader
You’ll help set the tone of your store for both customers and your team. As a brilliant role model for customer service, you’ll support and guide the team to follow your example. You’ll manage incoming stock and make sure it’s showcased effectively. And you’ll regularly stand in for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Assistant Store Manager/Sales & Service Manager
As the Store Manager’s right-hand person, you’ll help create a team spirit to drive outstanding performance. Running the shop floor and supporting your team, you’ll set a shining example for excellent service and high-performing sales. That means playing your part in recruiting, coaching and developing team members. Setting ambitious, but achievable team goals. Making your store an enjoyable, rewarding place to work. And standing in for the Store Manager when needed.
Store Manager
You’ll make your store a great place to be, with a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members alike. From motivating and developing your team to tracking P&L, you’ll be across the whole sales process, making sure that every customer receives a true Clarks experience. And that every team member gets the encouragement, support and inspired leadership they deserve.
Area Manager
Leading a number of stores in your area, you’ll make sure they’re delivering in terms of sales and a great customer experience. From implementing seasonal plans to keeping up to date with the latest must-have trends, you’ll be the one your Store Managers turn to for support and advice, while always keeping an eye on the bottom line. In short, you’ll be a leadership role model, drawing on your expertise and experience to get the best out of your teams.
