Clarks is a winner Indeed

We're delighted that Clarks in the UK has been honoured as a winner in Indeed's first-ever Better Work Awards. Indeed is one of the leading online jobs and recruitment companies, and their Better Work awards recognise the top 10 companies in the UK prioritising work wellbeing. The awards are based on the world's largest study of work wellbeing together with millions of employee insights and employee reviews. This recognition would not be possible without the support of our colleagues.

We live in a world of constant change and economic uncertainty and understand the importance of prioritising our colleagues’ wellbeing. The feedback and insights that our teams have shared about their experience within the last year have been hugely valuable as we work to create an environment where we can help our colleagues prioritise their personal and professional needs.
