Located in Needham, Massachusetts, just 15 minutes outside of Boston. This newly opened location leads our Clarks Americas business, spanning across the US, Canada and Latin America. The Americas team consists of around 1,800 associates working within HR, eCommerce, merchandising, marketing, customer service, finance, IT and product just to name a few. In addition to our global and regional corporate functions the Needham office is also home to our Retail and Wholesale operations teams.
Working within our Needham office allows you the opportunity to work and interact with a number of our Senior Leaders including the CEO, CMDO, CPO and Regional President all sitting under one roof. Outside of the exposure to a number of our Leadership Team members, collaboration, teamwork, growing the business and doing what it takes… all play an important part of our company culture.
