Where it all started.
Our office in Street is on the same site where Cyrus and James Clark first started to make sheepskin slippers in 1825. Of course, the business and the site have grown since then, and it’s been home to many different parts of the business, including a shoe factory and a warehouse. And it still retains that heritage, from ‘Anthony’, the steam engine installed in 1911 to provide electricity to the factory and the whole of Street, to the studio where we still craft shoe lasts by hand.
Today, it’s our global headquarters – and home to a wide range of teams, from Design, Marketing, and Quality Control to Technology, People, and Finance. With large open-plan spaces filled with natural light and contemporary artworks, our Street offices are a unique work environment. A clever blend of our famous heritage and design made for the modern world.
