We have a great opportunity to join People Services Team who are here to answer HR queries and deliver all transactional activity. The is a temporary role for 12 weeks which is based in Street, Somerset. As a People Services Administrator, you’ll help get things off the ground and off to a brilliant start.
The role
Our People Services team are the first port of call for all HR queries and transactional activity. Your role is to provide high quality, customer focused delivery of all transactional requests, ensuring that all our HR systems are updated on time and with 100% accuracy.
Your job will be to check and input data into SAP HR and other HR-related systems. You’ll need to process attendance and absence details; employment change forms; leaver forms; and benefits data – all of which will help us provide accurate payroll services. In short, you’ll be on top of all information and ready to help wherever you can.
About you
We are looking for an accurate and methodical person who has worked in HR, Payroll, Finance or Data Processing, and ideally used HR/Payroll systems (SAP). It’s important you know how processes work and the right way to handle sensitive data. You should also be up to speed on HR processes and working within statutory and/or payroll timetables. An eye for detail is just as crucial and should come with Excel and Word skills. If you’re also organised, good with people and great in a team, we’d love to hear from you.
